Appointments will only be ‘booked’ once you receive a confirmation that the service, time and date are available. A desposit may be required. Whilst we endeavour to accomodate your preferred date and time, it is not always possible to fit you in at that exact time. In these instances we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure you add a telephone number where you can be reached in these circumstances.
Cancellations
Sometimes it is necessary for a client to cancel an appointment. please note that we require 48 hours notice of cancellations. Any cancellations within the 48 hour period preceeding the appointment time may require payment in full.
